We request your passport details before arrival. Guests pay a penalty of 50,- when they lose a key. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation. You risk a payment of the extra cleaning costs that we need to make to remove the cigarette smell. Outside smoking should be very careful because of the high fire risk. We are in a high risk area for fire hazard. Always be very careful with open fire en never walk away from it! It is forbidden to have more guests in the house than are registered. Extra persons must always be declared to the host. This will be checked.
